Refund Policy

At MantraCare Corporation, Wyoming (USA), we strive our best to deliver the best service quality and offer complete support. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for refund, provided you follow these steps:

Step1: Please fill our Refund request form (Click Here) and describe the issue that you are facing.

Step2: Allow us 48 hours to fix the issue. In case you are facing an issue with the provider, we allow you to switch the provider at no additional charge. You may discuss any other concerns with the care counselor.

Step3: If our support is unable to resolve your concern, you may Initiate Refund (Click Here)

Step4: We shall update you once the refund is processed. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process the refund.

Please note that depending on your currency, we may deduct 5-10% of the refund amount as payment gateway & processing charges. Cases where you are not eligible for refund:

  1. A provider has already been assigned to you and you have started conversations/ sessions with the provider. In such cases, MantraCare needs to pay the provider anyhow.
  2. You are seeking partial refund as you have already taken sessions with the current provider. Though we do provide you an option to switch the provider at no additional cost.
  3. You are requesting refund post 30 days of purchase
  4. You have already booked a session with a provider
  5. You forget to cancel your subscription
