This remote role is ideal for mental health professionals experienced in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and cognitive-behavioural approaches for OCD. You will work with clients across a wide range of OCD subtypes, helping them reduce compulsions, manage intrusive thoughts and regain functional control over their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

In this remote ERP/OCD therapist role, you will:

• Deliver online ERP-based therapy for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
• Treat OCD subtypes including contamination, checking, harm, Pure-O, relationship, religious, sexual orientation, health anxiety, perfectionism, hoarding and real-event OCD.
• Conduct structured clinical assessments and develop personalised ERP treatment plans.
• Guide clients through exposure exercises and response prevention strategies.
• Provide psychoeducation around intrusive thoughts, compulsions and avoidance behaviours.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation digitally.
• Follow ethical guidelines and refer clients for additional care when clinically required.

Requirements:

To qualify for this ERP/OCD therapist job in Netherlands, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychotherapy or a related field.
• Formal training or hands-on experience in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).
• Clinical experience working with OCD and anxiety disorders.
